TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Covenant") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Operative") and Shadow Division Studio governing your access to and deployment in our mobile applications, secure matchmaking servers, global lobby networks, and website domains.

1. LICENSE GRANT & ACCESS CODES

Subject to full compliance with these covenants, Shadow Division Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, initialize, and execute the game client purely for recreational matchmaking. You shall not attempt to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, inject script packages, or decrypt the source code of our matchmaking client or orbital voice channels.
• Automate actions, inject memory trackers, or execute mock API calls to our secure backend directories.
• Extract, copy, or redistribute game assets, characters, map layouts, or sound files.

2. MATCHMAKING INTEGRITY CODES

To protect competitive balance and fair social deduction dynamics, all operatives must maintain match integrity under strict division guidelines:

• No Collusion: Operatives are strictly forbidden from sharing gameplay info or infiltrator identities via secondary external communications (e.g. out-of-game Discord voice calls).
• Zero Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, visual clipping sectors, or network vulnerabilities to gain structural matchmaking advantages will result in immediate rank stripping.
• Clean Interface: Harassment, hate speech, toxic lobby behavior, or visual spam in our public chat terminals represents a breach of this covenant.

3. VIRTUAL CURRENCIES & SEASON PASS UPGRADES

Our Kepler-99 Battle Pass, uniform custom cosmetic visual suites, and shop tokens represent non-tangible, revocable, digital licenses with zero monetary redeemable value outside of the game client.

• All microtransactions completed inside Apple App Store or Google Play portals are final and non-refundable.
• Purchased cosmetics are locked exclusively to your master registered cloud account and cannot be migrated, traded, or converted between independent player profiles.
• We reserve the right to alter cosmetic specifications, adjust tier rewards, or suspend item availability to preserve economic balance.

4. TERMINATION PROTOCOLS

Shadow Division Studio reserves the absolute unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or completely purge any operative profile showing conclusive logs of cheating, collusion, harassment, or software modification. Deleted accounts forfeit all remaining cosmetic unlocks and virtual items immediately.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The game client and website are delivered "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted matchmaking operations, completely lag-free ping rates across global orbital regions, or absolute preservation of your localized settings profiles during major server expansions.
